We would like to inform you that our dietetic office complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.
The dietetic office hereby informs you that it will collect, store, and process the following data for a period of five (5) years after your last session. After this period, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client, the following data will be permanently deleted: full name, father’s name, gender, age, profession, address, email address, session dates, anthropometric data (weight, height, body measurements, fat and muscle mass readings, etc.), reason for visit, results from clinical and laboratory tests, and diet plans.
The office applies all necessary security measures to protect your personal data. You have the right to access, correct, modify, restrict processing, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to data portability to another data controller (e.g., another dietitian) or processor. To exercise these rights, you may send a written request to the dietitian Eleni Kalogirou, head of the Dietetic Office.
Important Note
When you submit a request to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, the dietitian is obligated to respond within 30 calendar days—either by fulfilling the request (e.g., providing a copy of your file), by justifiably rejecting it, or by explaining the reasons for any delay. In any case, the dietitian must provide a final response—positive or negative—within 3 months from the date of your request.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties.
